A Safe Rest Village for Biracial People of Color?

A Safe Rest Village for Queer folks? Isn't America supposed to be a Melting Pot?

So, the new Safe Rest shelter opens soon, or is already open.

It is called the Sunderland RV Safe Park, for Recreational Vehicles. It is located at 9827 NE Sunderland.

My issue is that anyone can apply and there are no "background checks." I'm not sure I'm okay with that, given that most of these people are from out of state. Given that these people are going to be living out of THEIR vehicles, how is anyone going to be able to make sure they don't bring back drugs? Hint? They WON'T be able to. This is a disaster waiting to happen.

This is a list of the other current shelters. The rumor is that rampant drug dealing is going on at all the shelters. So, is anything really getting better? Not with DA Mike Schmidt who still refuses to prosecute criminals.

So, there's a Safe Rest Village for queer people AND Biracial People of Color? Who proposed this kind of SEGREGATION, based on race or sexual orientation?

Is that what we're doing, now?

Separating the black folks from the white folks?

The gay from the straight?

What is going on in this city?

Are we going back in time?
