A pattern of sentencing criminal "Antifa" militants continues to take shape and many in Portland and elsewhere are happy about this cheerful and "progressive" fact.
Great that some Antifa members are being held to account. but where's the justice for Andy? This is such a shame. I've been a staunch supporter of his for years now, as he remains THE only journalist to literally risk his life to document, report, attend Antifa protests, provide witness testimony, author a book, all to expose the truth about this terrorist group's members and motives. I've been contributing to him through his Patreon account for years and encourage everyone who wants Antifa GONE from Portland (and other cities) to support him too. https://www.patreon.com/AndyNgo/posts
Andy's attorneys may do some things to address the joke of this recent decision with that freak of a woman, declaring, "I AM ANTIFA!" like some sort of foolish teenager, rather than the middle aged, older woman that she is. I've supported Andy Ngo for years as well, though I can't afford to send him money, I am a supporter of him as well.
Oh Hell no! That’s exactly right! No way would we have caved like that. Don says “that woman should be disbarred for intimidating jurors! That’s seriously against the law!” Yep.
Apologies for neglecting to mention this column in my post on PortlandDissent. I'll correct the online version. Great, impassioned reporting and you're a brave person.
Well, thank you! I feel useless as a flounder sometimes but I’m trying. I’m not afraid of those bully cowards. Don and I are fortified well enough. There’s a sign on the front of our house that reads, “Protected by Remington .12 gauge.” Don’s idea. LOL…

Where was Ngô's attorney when opposing counsel was intimidating the jury, and did he or she make an issue of it during the trial? That would have been the time and place to raise it. Maybe there could have been a mistrial?
Is it known whether they're going to make a complaint against her to the Oregon State Bar?
I don't know much about his attorney but she probably didn't do a very good job. I do think they are going to try to do something, what I'm not sure. The issue will be there are so many moronic "Antifa" sympathizers in Portland courts.

Too bad neither you nor I (or Jo Highet) weren't on that jury. Michelle Burrows would not have intimidated any of us.
