1.) Judge Johanna Bender is a DANGER to all residents in the state of Washington and a danger to every nearby city, including PORTLAND, OREGON!

I will also take this opportunity to editorialize, that I hope the press takes seriously their obligation to tell the stories of what happens in our courtroom in a fair and unbiased way."
2.) Johanna Bender is on Facebook but she “limits comments” due to how despised she is. Interesting, how she’s hiding now and bitching about how she doesn’t like getting “death threats.” Maybe she should talk to the families of those folks who have had their loved ones MURDERED.
Perhaps if Bender experienced some “restorative justice” practices herself, personally, she might convince her critics she actually gives a damn. This could be done by going to family group conferences, victim impact panels, victim-offender mediation, community reparative boards, or circle sentencing. Then perhaps Bender might be able to convince people that “equity” is more than just a buzz word designed to make her look good in the eyes of the social justice activists.
I doubt Bender will do this however, as she appears to be the worst kind of smug white liberal, with no moral compass whatsoever and absolutely no common sense about the human condition.

5.) Looking at Johanna Bender’s Twitter with her 268 followers, (snicker, chuckle, snort!) and the countless angry comments is revealing. She is despised, and that is totally understandable. As a well known lesbian, Bender claims to care about women, but her rulings indicate she is actually a WOMAN HATER and a woman who does NOT care about women. It is easy to come to this conclusion, because Bender does not care about victims and repeatedly sets bail at dangerously low amounts, which then results in murderers being FREED so they can go out and prey on women and the elderly.
Benders’s actions speak to her internalized beliefs and blatant misogyny.
