Fascinating, Theresa. I’m glad it’s going well, and thanks for sharing. You said you are taking supplements, but are you sure you’re getting enough nutrition?
You’re right that people overeat. It doesn’t help being surrounded by “foodies.” We have the luxury of treating food like a pleasure and not a necessity, since it’s readily available. I’m not surprised the doctor didn’t believe you when you said you weren’t a foodie. This is Portland! We’re proud of our food.
How is it that I’ve lived this long and never heard of a vibration platform? Sounds intriguing.
Vibration platforms are amazing what they do to improve overall health. I got mine for $185, about two years ago. It’s helped clear up my skin, too.
Next project I’m working on is lasick surgery, to get back 20/20 distance vision. But it’s so darn expensive. The best lens is $1,700 just for the two lenses. That doesn’t even cover the surgery. If I could get my distance vision back, so I don’t need to wear glasses, I’d feel 20 years younger. LOL…
Thanks for sharing. I'm so glad the surgery went well for you and it's working out. I think you're right about many people just overeat. I think that trend started with the restaurants serving WAY too much food. My husband and I have been splitting meals for years. Good luck with your continued weight loss. 🥰
