I will seriously try to make this Theresa. I need something to take my mind off some disturbing news. The editor at my last newspaper, The Spokesman-Review in Spokane, was sentenced this week to 10 years in prison for child pornography. He was a courageous editor, had a devoted wife, etc. I don't know what happened to him.
The Internet has corrupted so many otherwise good men and women. I’m very careful about what I search online, only because I end up on websites about the Holocaust and animal cruelty cases and then I’m sobbing over my keyboard.
People sometimes send me things and if it’s violent or in any way graphic I can’t look at it.
But do come! The food is actually pretty good! And it’s reasonable too. We meet in this nice back room, lighted nicely with a door to the back parking lot for a quick escape if anything strange happens. But they have a full staff, and lots of big beefy guy waiters so…
