Thank you so much, Theresa!

A lovely title, I’m looking forward to reading your book!

“The Art of Writing.”

Which book would you recommend by Tama Janowitz?

I trust your taste of Women Writers.

Well, I stated out reading “American Dad,” her first book as I recall and the “Slaves of New York,” 1986, which is a collection of short stories. They’re brilliant stories, too!

But honestly her most moving book, which made me cry is her memoir, “Scream: A Memoir of Glamour and Dysfunction.”

There are so many others… 😊

Thank you! “Scream: A Memoir of Glamour and Dysfunction,” resonated with me! After reading all the titles, a soft voice in my head said, “This is the Book.” Where can I purchase her book?

Personal Note: Please check out: www.scalarlight.com- Tom Paladino. He goes beyond Nikola Tesla, into Quantum Healing. It’s beyond incredible… Aloha Theresa!!!

I will look for that one. Thank you. Here is a link for Scream. It deals a lot with her amazing and wonderful mother who was a university professor of literature. And it will break your heart, at least it did mine. :)

Thanks Theresa. On the paternal side of my family, two aunties were educators. The oldest taught at the University of Hawaii-School of Education, and the youngest taught at the public school level (primary).

Oh, I found an extra copy of Neil Postman’s TECHNOPOLY: The Surrender of Culture to Technology.

Here is a little bit from the Introduction: In 1959, Sir Charles Snow published THE TWO CULTURES and the SCIENTIFIC REVOLUTION, which was both the title and the subject of the Rede Lecture he had given earlier at Cambridge University. The lecture was intended to illuminate what Sir Charles saw as a great problem of our age—the opposition of art and science. or, more precisely, the implacable hostility between literary intellrctuals (sometimes called humanists) and physical scientists.
